한국지엠 긴급출동 차량, ‘쉐보레’로 새 단장

한국지엠주식회사(이하 한국지엠)가 신속하고 정확한 국내 최고 수준의 고품격 고객 서비스를 제공하기 위해 긴급출동 서비스 차량을 쉐보레 신차로 새롭게 교체했다.

한국지엠은 12일, 마이크 아카몬 사장, 판매/AS/마케팅 부문 안쿠시 오로라 부사장 등 임직원이 참석한 가운데 인천 부평 본사 홍보관과 인천 출고 사무소에서 각각 긴급출동 서비스 차량 출고기념식을 가졌다.

이로써 한국지엠은 전국 정비 네트워크에서 운용되고 있는 긴급출동 서비스 차량 총 242대를 쉐보레 아베오(153대), 크루즈(34대), 올란도(43대), 스파크(12대) 등 새롭게 출시한 쉐보레 주력 제품들로 교체했다.

출고된 긴급출동 서비스 차량들은 찾아가는 고객 서비스를 위해 한국지엠에서 운영 중인 ‘플라잉 닥터’ 서비스와 전국의 한국지엠 정비 네트워크(협력정비사업소, 바로정비코너)에서 긴급출동 서비스를 위해 사용된다.

이번 긴급출동 서비스 차량 교체는 최고의 고객 서비스를 표방하는 한국지엠의 ‘쉐비 케어 프로그램’을 보다 적극적으로 실천하고, 쉐보레 신제품들로 교체함으로써 고객들에게 쉐보레 브랜드를 더욱 친숙하게 알리기 위한 조치다.

안쿠시 오로라 부사장은 “국내 최고 수준의 쉐비 케어 프로그램과 이번 긴급출동 서비스 차량 교체는 고객이 차량 구입 이후에도 고객 만족을 지속시키기 위한 한국지엠의 강력한 의지를 반영한 것”이라며, “쉐비 케어 프로그램과 쉐비 케어 CU Again 2011 프로그램 등 차별화되고 수준 높은 서비스를 고객들에게 제공, 애프터 마켓에서도 고객 만족도를 지속적으로 높여갈 것”이라고 밝혔다.

한국지엠은 쉐보레 브랜드 국내 출범을 맞아 3월부터 연말까지 쉐보레 전 차종과 알페온 구입 고객을 대상으로 ▲3년간 소모품 무상교환 ▲차체 및 일반부품 보증기간을 5년 또는 10만km로 연장 ▲7년 무상 긴급출동 서비스를 제공하는 ‘쉐비 케어 3-5-7프로그램’을 진행 중이며, 고객들로부터 큰 호응을 얻고 있다.

이와 더불어 지난 2일부터 6월 30일까지 전국 한국지엠 서비스센터 및 바로서비스, 지정서비스에서 ▲수리비 할인 40%(에어컨 필터, 에어컨 가스, 와이퍼 블레이드 교환) ▲쉐보레 배지 교환 시 40% 할인 ▲무상점검 서비스(엔진오일, 필터, 냉각수, 에어컨 작동 상태) ▲출고 전 점검 서비스(각종 램프 점검 및 무상 살균 탈취 서비스) 등의 ‘쉐비 케어 CU AGAIN 2011’ 캠페인을 진행 등 고객 감동 서비스를 위한 차별화되고 혁신적인 서비스를 제공하고 있다.
