군산시의회, 올해 마지막 임시회 폐회

12건 부의안건 의결 등

군산시의회가 지난달 28일부터 13일간의 일정으로 제144회 마지막 임시회를 실시하고 내년도 업무보고 청취와 사업현장 17곳 방문과 조례안 등 총 12건의 안건을 심의∙처리했다.

이번 임시회에서는 각 상임위별로 심도있게 안건을 심의∙의결하고 군산시의회 의원 윤리강령 및 윤리실천규범 등에 관한 조례 전부개정 조례안을 포함한 12건의 안건을 의결∙처리했다.

이 과정에서 군산시 공유재산 관리계획 동의안을 심의사업내용에 대해 현장 관계자로부터 직접 설명을 듣고 개선방향을 제시하고 시민생활과 밀접한 현장 17곳을 방문해 민생을 직접 챙기며 최선을 다하는 모습을 보였다.

특히 회기내에 서흥남동에 거주하는 독거노인 박희순 할머니(79) 집을 찾아 연탄을 직접 배달하고 위로의 시간을 가졌으며 장애인 종합복지관을 방문, 장애인에 대한 사회적 편견해소와 권익신장과 편익증진을 위해 적극 앞장서 지원할 것을 다짐했다.

한편 이번 임시회에서 심의∙의결된 안건은 다음과 같다.
▲ 행정사무감사 계획안 승인의 건(원안가결)
▲ 군산시의회의원윤리강령 및 윤리실천규범 등에 관한조례 전부개정조례안(원안가결)
▲ 군산시의회 회의 규칙 일부개정규칙안(원안가결)
▲ 군산시 지방공무원 복무 조례 전부개정조례안(원안가결)
▲ 군산시 및 군산시의회 조례규칙 등 공포에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안(원안가결)
▲ 군산시 범시민 대형병원 유치 추진위원회 설치 및 운영조례안(안건미료)
▲ 군산시 하수도설치 사용 및 관리에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안(수정가결)
▲ 군산시 공유재산 관리계획 동의안(수정가결)
▲ 도시계획시설(공공청사, 공원)변경 결정안 의견제시의 건(의견제시)
▲ 제5기(2011~2014년) 지역보건의료계획안(원안가결)
▲ 공중화장실 청소관리 민간위탁 동의안(안건미료)
▲ 군산시 장사시설 주변지역 주민지원 조례안(원안가결)
