시의회 제144회 임시회 개회
행정 주요업무 청취, 12건 조례안 등 심의

 군산시의회(의장 고석강)가 28일부터 다음달 9일까지 13일간의 일정으로 제144회 임시회를 개회했다.

 시의회는 이번 임시회를 통해 2010년 업무추진 실적과 2011년도 주요업무 계획을 청취하고, 12건의 부의안건을 심의∙의결한다.

 28일 열린 제144회 임시회 본회의에서 의원들은 그동안 업무연찬 등 활발한 의정활동 경험으로 박정희 의원의 시정질문과 최동진, 채경석, 서동완, 김성곤 의원의 5분 자유발언이 이어졌다.

 시정질문에 나선 박정희 의원은 금광오룡지구 재건축사업이 한국토지주택공사의 사업성이 없다는 이유로 수년째 방치되고 있다며 대책을 마련해 줄 것과 원도심의 상습침수 문제, 도시정비의 미흡한 점을 조목조목 따졌다.

 5분 자유발언에 나선 김성곤 의원은 집행부와 의회와의 소통부재 및 LNG 서부발전소의 공익적사업 미 이행, 최동진 의원은 다문화가족 지원과 재래시장 상품권 구입 확대 방안, 채경석 의원은 한국서부발전 (구) 사택 처리 문제, 서동완 의원은 군산의료원 위탁을 전북도가 직접 운영 해 줄 것을 각각 촉구했다.

 조부철 군산시의회 부의장은 “이번 임시회는 집행부의 주요업무보고를 바탕으로 현장위주의 의정활동을 펼쳐 민생을 살피는데 역점을 두겠다”고 말했다.

한편 제144회 군산시의회 임시회에서 심의할 부의안건은 다음과 같다.
▲ 행정사무감사 계획안 승인의 건
▲ 군산시의회 의원 윤리강령 및 윤리실천규범 등에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안
▲ 군산시의회 회의 규칙 일부개정규칙안
▲ 군산시 지방공무원 복무 조례 전부개정조례안
▲ 군산시 및 군산시의회 조례규칙 등 공포에 관한 조례 전부개정조례안
▲ 군산시 범시민 대형병원 유치 추진위원회 설치 및 운영조례안
▲ 군산시 하수도설치 사용 및 관리에 관한 조례 일부개정조례안
▲ 군산시 공유재산 관리계획 동의안
▲ 도시계획시설(공공청사, 공원)변경 결정안 의견제시의 건
▲ 제5기(2011~2014년) 지역보건의료계획안
▲ 공중화장실 청소관리 민간위탁 동의안
▲ 군산시 장사시설 주변지역 주민지원기금 설치 및 운용조례안
